How Olympic Trials Marathoner Carrie Mack Uses Yoga

On October 6, 2019 Carrie Mack lined up at the Twin City Marathon and took 8 minutes off her new PR and snagged the “A” standard to run the Olympic Trials Marathon in Atlanta on February 29th. That means she ran a sub 2:37 (2:36:36) and USATF is paying her way to the starting line where she’ll contend for a possible Olympic spot. Top three go to Tokyo!
