The Wednesday Reset: Athletes for Yoga Performance

As much as we'd love to hang out with our Legs Up the Wall all day, we know that sometimes to Hit Reset — to use yoga to sustain balance — you gotta put in work. Hard work. So, on Wednesdays this month, we'll help you become aware of, activate, and strengthen your key muscles and sport-specific movements in a practical strength-building class that will work your core and make you sweat.

Posse up your teammates, your run buddies, and your OMies for Athletes for Yoga Performance, Wednesdays 6:30–7:30pm at Dreamclinic Greenlake with Coaches Duni Disston and Kendra Clawson. All levels welcome!
