How has the Heat’s 250-lb. forward honed his fitness and performance? James mixes yoga into his offseason workout regimen.

“I’m not a guru about how to be in the best condition — don’t let me sit here and tell you that,” James recently told the Miami Herald. “But it works for me.”

Clearly it does.

And it’s not just for players — Heat Coach Erik Spoelstra also takes advantage of yoga’s benefits, and used the practice this season to stay in shape and relieve stress.
