If you're time poor, don't sweat it — literally! — yoga doesn’t only happen in serene studios. One of the most beautiful and powerful things about the practice is that you can do it any time, anywhere… all you have to do is breathe and be present. When you listen to your body day-to-day and moment-to-moment, whether your legs want to go fast, there's an injury that needs attention, or you just need to rest, then you are living your yoga.
