Join Team Jasyoga’s Erin Taylor and Lulu Hays for a 2-hour Jasyoga Injury Prevention for Runners Clinic designed to help you learn to use yoga to mitigate running tweaks, strains, and pains.
You will learn:
- Culprits behind common runner issues including shin splints, planter fasciitis, and IT band pain
- Practical tips and techniques to help prevent and heal common running injuries
- "Quick hit" sequences you can practice from home for ongoing maintenance
- Myth-busting of common misperceptions about how to stretch effectively
