NEW Fall Cross-Training for Seattle Athletes

Seattle athletes! Head back indoors with us this fall...

Coming off our most fun and successful outdoor studio season to date, we've just added newcross-training classes to keep the balance going into fall. Our new 8-week cross-training series will help you "Hit Reset" — sustain balance — with practical techniques to optimize all your hard work and training, no matter what your sports or fitness goals.

Learn practical skills to help you:

  • Perform: Activate and strengthen your core, key muscles, and sport-specific movements
  • Prevent Injuries: Improve your form, increase your flexibility, and mitigate common imbalances and sports injuries
  • Recover: Aid the recovery process — rest easy so that you can go hard.

All levels welcome! Please BYOM (bring your own mat).

When: Thursdays 6:30–7:30pm (Oct. 1 – Nov. 19)
Location: FUELhouse, 1320 N. 35th St.
