Coming off our most fun and successful outdoor studio season to date, we've just added newcross-training classes to keep the balance going into fall. Our new 8-week cross-training series will help you "Hit Reset" — sustain balance — with practical techniques to optimize all your hard work and training, no matter what your sports or fitness goals.
Learn practical skills to help you:
- Perform: Activate and strengthen your core, key muscles, and sport-specific movements
- Prevent Injuries: Improve your form, increase your flexibility, and mitigate common imbalances and sports injuries
- Recover: Aid the recovery process — rest easy so that you can go hard.
All levels welcome! Please BYOM (bring your own mat).
