Balance isn’t static, it’s not a fixed point on an axis. It’s fluid, dynamic, and ever evolving. It changes moment to moment, day to day. In sports and in life, Balance optimizes everything and is  key in the successful pursuit of goals.

Yearly and maybe monthly, weekly, or daily you set goals, concrete and focused. You've probably heard the adage, “Be stubborn about your goals, but flexible in your methods.” When you unpack what that really looks like you’ll find power in Balance.

Imagine your goals sharp on the horizon in the distance. Now soften your gaze, so that you can see the land between you and that horizon. Those are the actions and days between. Each day, every moment is an opportunity check in with yourself, become more aware of the reality of where you are, and then respond accordingly. This more than anything will narrow and eventually close the gap between where you are, and where you want to be.
