Outdoor Studio: Sunbather Flow

All about that outdoor studio this summer? Us too! Here's one of our favorite routines to flow through almost daily. And yes, this is beach ready.

Follow this easy sequence below, then switch sides. Note all poses are held for 5 - 10 breaths. And windshield wipers is exactly what it sounds like: let your hips lead and your knees fall side-to-side.
