Transitions. They're constant — the moments between the events of your day, between the warm up and the workout, between work and rest, between effort and ease. But usually we're so fixated on what we're moving toward that we miss out the moments that help to optimize what comes next. We're in a rush to get through the workout, or to cross things off the to do list, but paying attention to that little pause between all the things can bring us more clarity, more ease, and ultimately more energy.
Try it: Recognize moments of transition and pay attention to them. Relax into them, even if you are working. Feel the way you are moving though space.
