Lets face it — if you have skied, you’ve felt the burn. Skiing works your legs in ways other sports and exercise don’t. Coach Hilary Dahl’s Jasyoga for Skier series will help you prepare for the rigors of the slopes this winter by building endurance, agility, and control to help you prevent injuries and ski more, longer!
- When: Thursdays in January, 6:15–7:15pm… Have to miss one of the sessions? No biggie — we’ll give you a make-up pass, valid for any of our other drop-in classes.
